RETURN POLICY:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoebox fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox, or without the original shoebox.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item received was damaged or not the right item.
  • Final Sale Items (50% off) may not be returned.

    REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

    If your package arrives at DLM Supply within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction was placed.  Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from DLM Supply.

     

    NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

    We purchase in small, limited runs, and sometimes, your desired item may be out of stock by the time we receive your exchange package.  In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges.  You will get the right size or color if you simply place a second order.  Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account.
